Godrej Properties recently crossed a significant milestone in its residential journey, announcing that it has sold one lakh homes across its projects.
To commemorate the achievement, the company launched a special initiative titled ‘Laakhon Mein Ek’, under which it gifted a home free of cost to a customer as a gesture of gratitude to the families who have chosen Godrej for their homes.
As part of this initiative, the Naina family from Nerul in Navi Mumbai was presented with a house at Godrej City in Thombrewadi, Panvel taluka, where a ceremony was held to mark the occasion.
The company said the initiative was designed to acknowledge the trust and long-standing relationship customers have shown towards the Godrej Group over the years. The selected beneficiary was identified through a transparent and carefully structured process, with the company emphasising that the gesture was not a lottery or promotional contest, but a symbolic expression of appreciation.
Speaking on the occasion, Pirojsha Godrej, Executive Chairman of Godrej Properties, described the milestone as a reflection of the confidence placed in the company by homeowners.
“This moment celebrates the trust, faith and dreams that one lakh families have shown in us. Every key that we hand over represents a new story of hope and belonging,” he said.
Gaurav Pandey, Managing Director and CEO of Godrej Properties, said the ‘One in a Million’ initiative was conceived to recognise the emotional and personal significance behind every home purchase.
“This initiative ‘One in a Million’ is our effort to honour every homeowner who trusts us. Behind every decision to buy a home lies strong will, emotion and immense hard work,” Pandey said.
He added that the company remains focused on developing communities that enrich lifestyles while strengthening relationships among residents.
