This Ganesh Chaturthi, children can give their festive celebrations a creative twist by making, painting and decorating their very own Ganesha idol at the Ganpati Workshop organised by Humpty Dumpty – Kids Indoor Soft Play Zone in Kharghar.
The hands-on workshop will be held on 12 September 2026, from 12 noon to 2pm, giving children an opportunity to explore their creativity while preparing a special festive keepsake to take home.
Each participant will receive a Ganesha idol base to transform with vibrant paints, brushes, pearls, sequins, decorative stones, glitter and other craft materials. The Humpty Dumpty team will guide the children throughout the activity while allowing them the freedom to develop their own designs.
The workshop is designed to go beyond a simple art activity, encouraging creativity, focus, imagination and joyful participation, while introducing children to the festive spirit of Ganesh Chaturthi.
And there is more to the afternoon. Once the creative session is complete, participants can enjoy one hour of playtime at the indoor soft play zone before taking their individually decorated Ganesha idol home.
The workshop is open to toddlers and children up to 12 years of age. Participation requires prior regisstrations, and socks are mandatory in the play area.
