The Panvel Municipal Corporation (PMC) has announced that it will prepare and publish a list of property tax defaulters, urging residents to clear their dues at the earliest.
In an official post on social media platform X, the civic body stated that names of those with pending taxes will be published in newspapers and displayed at prominent public locations if payments are not made.

As part of its efforts to facilitate collections during the financial year-end, the Panvel Property Tax Department will remain open on weekends in March, allowing residents additional time to complete their payments.
The corporation has appealed to citizens to make use of the extended working days and avoid inclusion in the defaulters’ list.
