Recently saw Cidco’s advertisement promoting the location of their mass housing homes in Taloja as Kharghar East. How? Taloja is not Kharghar east – It is either Taloja east or Taloja west! Suprising to see Cidco playing the premium location card for selling these isolated box-sized so-called affordable projects located in the epicentre of industrial pollution as premium location homes? Surprising how people fall for such gimmicks – Upper Kharghar, Kharghar east, New Kharghar, Real Kharghar and what not?
It seems like the promoters and their target groups are both living in a fairy tale!
