Step 6: Payment and Documentation
Successful applicants must pay the remaining amount according to the payment schedule mentioned in the LOI. After document verification, an allotment letter with payment plan is issued.
Step 7: Agreement and Possession
After completion of all instalments, the agreement process is completed and possession of the home is given to the buyer.
