The Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation (NMMC) will organise a flag hoisting ceremony at its headquarters on May 1 to mark the 67th Maharashtra Day.
The ceremony will be held at 7.10 am in the premises of the headquarters building and will be led by Mayor Sujata Patil.
Similar flag hoisting ceremonies will also be conducted at all eight ward offices, the Vashi fire station, three municipal hospitals, two maternity hospitals, and the ETC Divyang Training Centre in Vashi at 7 am.
The civic administration has appealed to residents to attend the ceremony in large numbers.
