Marking Hanuman Janmotsav this year, a bhajan evening has been organised at Shri Ramdas (Maruti) Mandir in Panvel on Thursday, April 2.
The programme is scheduled between 7 pm and 9 pm and will centre around a live devotional music performance led by vocalist Pandit Umesh Chaudhary, who is set to present a curated selection of bhajans through the evening.
He will be accompanied by Mangesh Chaudhary and Akshay Chaudhary, with Mandar Dixit on the harmonium, Vinayak Naik on tabla, Suraj Gondhali on pakhawaj, and Gurudas Kadam on taal.
Such programmes, typically held around festival evenings in Panvel, tend to draw a steady gathering of local residents, combining devotional music with a shared community setting.
The temple trust has appealed to devotees to attend the programme in large numbers and be part of the Hanuman Janmotsav observance.
